Privacy and data handling
Plainly: what the form on this site collects, where it goes, and how to get rid of it.
What the form collects
- Your name
- So we can address a reply to a person.
- Work email
- The only channel we use to respond.
- Properties or units
- Scoping. It tells us roughly how large the work is.
- Your platform
- Whether we work in your software, and how.
- Books currently
- Whether this is a cleanup conversation or an ongoing one.
Nothing else. Every field is used for scoping or for replying to you — we don’t collect anything we have no use for.
Where it goes
A submission is sent by email to hello@accumates.com, which is monitored by the people who would work on your account. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside accumates.
The email is delivered through a third-party transactional email provider, which processes the message in order to send it. Your details pass through their infrastructure the same way any email does.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or tracking cookies.
- No marketing emails unless you ask for them.
- No selling or sharing of your details.
- No sending your information to anyone outside accumates.
Client financial records
This page covers the website. Financial records belonging to clients are handled under the terms of the engagement — access limited to the people working on the account, files exchanged through secure transfer rather than email attachments, and nothing retained beyond what the work requires.
Removing your details
Email hello@accumates.com and ask. We’ll delete what we hold and confirm when it’s done.
